Ryan Burini is an experienced QA/QC Engineer and CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector with a strong background in welding inspection, fabrication quality control, offshore wind, oil and gas, rail, marine, and structural engineering projects.
With experience across both welding and inspection roles, Ryan has a practical understanding of the standards, documentation, traceability, and quality requirements expected in demanding fabrication environments. His background includes weld inspection, welder audits, NDT coordination, weld traceability, ITP compliance, defect registers, Power BI reporting, MRB review, and quality documentation.
Ryan’s experience working with welding consumables, fabrication processes, inspection standards, and shop-floor quality control gives Carbon Grind a strong technical foundation. He understands the importance of supplying products that are reliable, traceable, and suitable for real working conditions.
As Director and Co-Founder, Ryan helps ensure Carbon Grind is built around quality, performance, and industry knowledge. His role supports the selection of products that meet the expectations of welders, fabricators, inspectors, and engineering teams working in demanding environments.

Kane White is an experienced coded welder with a strong background in offshore, structural fabrication, marine, oil and gas, and heavy engineering environments. He has built his experience working on demanding projects where weld quality, safety, traceability, and reliability are critical.
With practical experience across FCAW, MMA, MAG, metal core, and solid wire welding processes, Kane understands the importance of using tools and consumables that perform properly in real working conditions. His hands-on background gives Carbon Grind valuable insight into what welders, fabricators, grinders, and site teams actually need from their products.
As Director and Co-Founder, Kane brings trade knowledge, practical experience, and a strong understanding of shop-floor requirements. His role within Carbon Grind helps ensure that the products we supply are selected with quality, durability, and everyday usability in mind.
